TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

Shipments are mailed on Thursdays.

All orders submitted by Monday at 11am pacific time will be shipped out the same week on Thursday. Please understand that if your order is placed any time after 11am PST on Monday, the shipment will go out the FOLLOWING Thursday of the following week.

We ship via USPS. Tracking number will be emailed by 9pm PST Thursday.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please call the business line at 818-396-7823 or contact us via email for an invoice.

International customers must contact us directly to place an order. We ship all products through UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight.

**CUSTOMS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer two types of returns; a Replacement or a Refund.

  • REPLACEMENT: Products are eligible for a replacement if you received the wrong products.
  • REFUND: Products are eligible for a refund if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date/ date payment was made. Returned products must be unopened, with seal still attached. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on refunds.

All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Visage By Marie-Claire. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

REDISTRIBUTION

Buyer does not have the right to redistribute products.

As Visage by Marie-Claire continues to grow domestically and internationally, please contact us to inquire about distributing our products in your area.
